Cardio Strength - Kristen B. 9:30am Tuesday/Thursday
In this one of a kind class, you will strengthen and condition your entire body. Performed at various tempos and angles, a wide variety of exercises with dumbbells and bands will be used to optimize your workout. When you leave, you will know that you expended some serious energy and kcals while working EVERY muscle! Resistance training is the primary focus for this class, but it does include periods of moderate to high cardiorespiratory training. This class improves neuromotor skills such as balance, agility and power, while also providing a moderate level of cardiorespiratory training.
