Business Writing is defined as any written communication used in a professional setting including emails. Our ability to construct clear, concise and direct messages is a key component to our employability and will increase opportunities to advance.

This 90-minute virtual workshop will help participants to write business correspondence that is:

• Keep the needs of the reader in mind
• Use the correct tone
• Ensure logical organization
• Choose the correct format
• Ensure correct grammar and spelling
