Class Description: Blending strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness, Barre allows you to connect to muscles you didn't even know you had. Using light hand weights (2lbs-5lbs), mini bands and a Pilates ball, you'll challenge your body and your mind to new lengths.
NOTE: you can substitute the equipment listed above with what you have around the house. Instead of light weights, you can use soup cans, water bottles or even a hand towel. In place of having a chair for support, you can use a swiffer or nothing at all. And, if you don't have a Pilates ball, think of anything soft and squishy (i.e. kids kickball, small pillow, etc.)
