During this gathering we will honor what we have created in the last month, reflect and renew our intention for the month ahead. Tune into your truth with other soulful WOC in this modern take on a healing circle. Create your intention from a grounded body, clear mind and open heart.
This will an interactive gathering which includes a guided breathwork session where I will lead a session on a topic I select intuitively and we will share what we are creating in our lives.
WHAT TO HAVE SET UP:
-a yoga mat or something to lay on
- a journal and something to write with
- water for hydration
-an open mind and open heart!

What is Breathwork?
This Breathwork is a guided two-part active meditation that gets you out of your own head and into your heart. You will unlock "stuck" mindsets and emotions that are holding you back and leave feeling more peaceful, clear, and grounded. It is an active form of meditation that clears stuck energy from your body so you can connect with your intuition and inner wisdom.
When we breathe consciously through this practice, our energy starts to move and flows to the places it is needed most. Our minds quiet down, and we become fully present in our bodies, allowing us to connect to ourselves and our spirit to experience a sense of peace, joy and pure being. It is an experience that feels like coming back home.
