Centre 33 talks about: Getting Support

When you’re experiencing difficulties it can be hard to know how to get support, where to get it, and how to ask for it. Our talk will cover these questions, potential worries you may face along the way, and some ideas and tips to help you get the support you deserve.

The talk involves a 30-minute presentation over Zoom, with 15 minutes at the end to answer any questions via the chat.

To protect everyone's anonymity and create a safe space it is important that everyone joins on the day with anonymous usernames (i.e. 'ABC1'), and keeps their cameras turned off and microphones muted throughout the talk.
