⫸What will happen?
【Open Attention】 We’ll begin with an arriving meditation which may include movement. We’ll have a check in. Depending on how many of us are there it will either be spoken or written (into the Zoom ‘chat’ so it’s visible to everyone on the call).
【Enter】 I’ll set the intention for the dance and offer suggestions to guide you into movement.
【Explore】 There will be time for you to just dance in your own space. I’ll play music and the invitation is for you to take this however you want into dance. Fast or slow, big or small, wild or calm, following your own energy. You might dance close to the camera, or off camera, or come and go. Perhaps you will feel the sense of being connected to the group while being in your own space.
【Settle】 We will come back together and maybe split into small groups to talk.
