During this time of great change, we have an opportunity to strengthen our internal resources and support our bodies to unfold amidst the tendency to freeze, curl in, or be heightened in anxiety.
This 70-minute practice is comprised of gentle yoga, chi exercises, breathing, and feeling. We will consistently focus on centering, grounding, and settling; inviting breath down the whole front surface of the body and releasing the whole body with gravity.
Reducing stress and magnifying equanimity strengthens our immune system and well-being.
