Olia is a London-based Ukrainian chef, food stylist and award-winning cookbook author and contributor to the New Yorker magazine. Her innovative exploration of the cuisines of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus has captured the interest and imagination of the culinary world. Olia trained at the renowned Leiths School of Food and Wine and has worked at iconic restaurants, including London’s Ottolenghi Test Kitchen. She was chosen as “Observer Rising Star of 2015” in the food category.
Our program will be 90 minutes long and will include updates from the UGS leadership.
