45min HIIT with Kylie M.
Join Kylie M. for a 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. This class includes body weight/weighted exercises
in timed increments while focusing on specific muscles, or muscle groups. It will get your heart pumping and prepare your body for the day ahead! Option to add free weights to this practice.
