Taiji Ball (Tai Chi Ball) is a fun, relaxing Qigong exercise that follows the round, circular movements of the ball to strengthen your body and enhance your Qi flow.

21 Day Challenge for Positive Change
Make a positive change in 2023. Try 20 minutes of Taiji Ball Qigong and/or 8 Brocades Qigong for 21 days in a row and observe the change in rewiring your brain and daily habits.
