Hello and welcome to the registration for a laughter yoga session with Denise!
a few things before you start;
wear comfortable clothes ,
drink of water always a good thing
"we will learn about laughter yoga together with its history and benefits to our holistic wellbeing
we will focus on four elements that enhance well being , laugh , play, sing, dance.
exercise our voice with laughter sounds,
laugh together in a guided way,
find out about body tapping and experience it
do a relaxation session
For those of you who have not used zoom before , please join the meeting early ( from 1.30 pm) and make sure the technology is working, this will give you a chance to figure out any problems before hand .
