Writing for Wellbeing is rather different to Creative Writing – this kind of writing is about using the process of writing as an aid to calm the mind and help with our mental health. In this workshop Katie Sone, of Write Mindful will take you through a series of prompts that will reflect upon the year gone by and think about the year ahead.
Katie is based in Leicester and set up Write Mindful in 2013 to deliver creative writing workshops with a focus on improving well-being through writing. This workshop is for you to enjoy, a time for you to relax and have a moment of calm. There is no right or wrong way to do this – this is your writing just for you.
There will be plenty of time for questions, and tips on where to look for further inspiration.
