Lenten Book Club: Braiding Sweetgrass

Starting February 25th at 7pm, our Thursday evening lenten book club will begin, where we will discussing Robin Wall Kimmerer's Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants.

We choose this book because we believe that listening to Indigenous ways of knowing, and how those ways of knowing are being reclaimed and joined with scientific ways, might teach us something about how we might discern faithful discipleship in our seemingly apocalyptic times.
