Reset and Renew in 2021

Flow into 2021 with intention in this 2.5 hour workshop suitable for all levels. We will spend the first hour creating heat with a Gentle Hatha Flow and clearing our minds for Sankalpa-Heart Centered Intentions for 2021.
Then, we will rest in restorative poses with relaxation, self-hypnosis techniques, and guided imagery to ignite those intentions into action.
