Wednesday’s Morning Flow Yoga
An All Levels class, with focus on building a strong foundation through movement and breath at a gentle but intuitive pace. Each week class will be themed with important aspects of the practice like why it is important to set an intention, together we will take a closer look at the 8 Limbs of Yoga and explore Bhakti Yoga.
What to bring: Water, towel and Yoga Mat. Wear workout clothes and dress in layers.
