NED Online Coaching Program

We hope that you will join us for our online program, where you will prepare yourself for a successful board search journey.

In the 6-week online coaching and mentoring program we will cover the following:

1) What would be the right board role for you?
2) How to get a board role.
3) How, when and where you need to do research to get a board appointment.
4) Networks & Networking.
5) The Importance of your LinkedIn Profile.
6) Creating your Board Profile.
7) Writing a bespoke Board CV.
8) Writing a Cover Letter to help you stand out.
9) Always write a Supporting Statement.
10) The Board Interview.
11) You got the board role / You did not get the board role - it’s all good news!
12) 1:1 Calls with Participants.

These sessions are all set up as Zoom meetings so that attendees can interact with each other. Sessions are 90 - 120 minutes long.

After the final group session, your coach will have a personal Zoom call with each attendee to check in and see if there is anything more that NED Careers can do to help you in your search for a board role. You get the opportunity to discuss anything related to your board search or go through your application documents with your coach.
