From Powerpoint to Action - Scale and Strategy in Uncertain Times
Most company strategies fail to get much beyond the glory and high-fives of the PowerPoint presentation.

Not because the strategy was bad.

But because they never turned into a systematic way of execution.

Because the CEO wasn't able to step back and focus on the bigger picture.

Because they weren't directly linked to the company's purpose and values.

It shows up in many ways. Constant fire-fighting. Leadership teams that don’t get the bigger picture or underperform. 20 reasons why something didn’t happen. CEOs who don’t feel as confident as they'd like in leading the company. Out of control growth - and implosion. Plateaus that feel impossible to break out of. Paralysis while people seek impossible certainty.

If any of this is familiar, and you need your company to be different and actually achieve its goals under control and with a sane team dare I say enjoying it, join me in this workshop.

I've seen (and lived through) a dozen key ways we fail to make strategy happen. I'll go through those, and the Build on Purpose framework I've used successfully with the CEOs of multiple companies to break through.

I led my own tech consultancy / digital agency company and teams from 2 person startup to 500 people. With turnaround, rapid scale, acquisition and IPO on the way, the patterns I've seen come from a place of experience.

To be transparent, I will also be talking at the end about the tight beta programme I'm launching to take CEOs and their leadership teams through the key foundation steps to scale in 3 months.

This will be an intimate session - 6 to 8 people max - of peers only, to allow us to talk through the framework, and have an open discussion about the real issues you're facing.

Register if you're the CEO or founder of a company with 10 to 50 employees. And one for whom values and purpose are also important. If that's not you, please don't sign up.

If it is you, welcome to the conversation!
Please choose only one meeting to attend.
