One Adoption West Yorkshire Saturday fun: Gym-tastic with Katy Perry - Gymnastics shapes and movements

Join Katy for a fun, interactive session of gymnastics to get your Saturday started! In this first of 3 sessions, suitable for children aged 4-11 we will be doing key gymnastics shapes and movement.

Participants will require a space approx. 2 square meters. Carpet is ideal but the activities will be mostly suitable for wooden/ tiled floors too. No previous experience is required and all abilities will be catered for.

Katy is an adoptive mum of 3 girls. She has been coaching gymnastics for over 15 years and started her own club 12 years ago. The club is completely non-competitive, instead offering ‘Gymnastics for all’ creating a fun, welcoming environment where children can come together, learn new skills, socialise and develop as individuals. Katy hopes to bring a tiny bit of that fun and enjoyment into your homes whilst activities are closed.
