RJC Roadmap to 2030: stakeholder roundtable dialogue

RJC celebrates 15 years of legacy in 2020, and we are now looking to build on this achievement and lay out a path for the next 10 years that will catalyse and deliver further positive and sustainable impact. This coincides with the ‘Decade of Action’, a call from the UN Secretary-General to mobilise on the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to help deliver the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.

‘Building trust in the jewellery & watch  industry: Roadmap to 2030 and beyond’ is a framework for our industry with respect to the most impactful contributions our members can make through their supply chains, and provides attainable pathways to help us collectively achieve our long term impacts whilst contributing to the SDGs.

Collaboration and partnerships are key for RJC. We invite all stakeholders to join this consultation dialogue feedback on the 2030 Roadmap and supporting member metrics . Your perspective is important to us and your views are critical to the success of RJC. We invite all our stakeholders, to continue the proactive engagement with RJC, and to participate in shaping the sustainability agenda for the jewellery and watch industry for the next 10 years and beyond.

Agenda:
- Welcome and house-keeping
- Setting the scene for the development of the 2030 Roadmap
- Brief overview of the Roadmap and supporting member metrics
- Roundtable discussions on the proposed long term impacts, impact pathways and member metrics (participants will be organised into separate breakout rooms for this part of the session, with discussions facilitated by and RJC representative)
- Wrap-up and next steps
