In recent years, the wellbeing of our workforce has increasingly come into focus. The pandemic is shining an even more intense spotlight on this issue.
Thanks to our co-hosts at Community Legal Centres Queensland (CLCQ), this webinar explores how the wellbeing of our sector is everyone’s business. How do we ensure that our people are provided with a positive working environment that supports physical and psychological wellbeing, given the increased understanding of the impact that stress, burnout, trauma, workload, and poor employment practices have on individual workers (whether they are paid or volunteer).
In this webinar, Penny Sullivan from Community Legal Centres Queensland (CLCQ) will be speaking with Yvette Cehtel, CEO of the Women’s Legal Service Tasmania, to explore organisational strategies and approaches that support workforce wellbeing. This continues a conversation started at the CLCQ Conference earlier this year.
Participants will gain:
Insights and tips on processes of supporting and engaging staff to lead positive organisational change
An understanding on governance and risk assessments that need to be considered
Impactful strategies that can help develop a culture that supports staff wellbeing
Please note: This October, CLCs Australia’s Emergence series of online events focuses on COVID-19. This is the third of these wellbeing-themed webinars. The webinar is for Member Centres Only.
