Be prepared to learn about how you treat your body, how you move while creating a path of mindfulness. I teach yoga as an opportunity to get to know yourself better, including how you move and how to be present. This is a journey inward with attractions that include breath, challenge, and an option to learn to let go. Come join us by registering today. Classes are limited to my quarantine schedule, grab them while you can.

How much are classes? Classes are based on a sliding scale. Pay what you can afford. The price of a typical yoga class varies from $8 to $15 per class.
