The first Tuesday of every month at 4pm EST, you’re invited to practice mindfulness meditation with others in an easy and accessible format. “Tuesdays with Lori” is a 30-minute neuroscience-based mindfulness meditation class designed to help steady your nervous system. It’s free and it’s on Zoom.
