Inner Work for Social Justice

Dismantling racism is an ongoing process that asks us to do both outer and inner work. For those of us raised in a racist society (e.g. all of us born in the U.S.) we are called to examine the stories, images, ideologies, values, and systems that are lodged deep in our unconscious so that we can release and replace them. This week's ritual will invite us to examine these unconscious narratives and replace them with new stories that promote healing and justice. 

Please bring an unlit candle and lighter, as well as a notebook or journal and something you enjoy writing with. Digital is fine if that's your preferred medium.
