Kundalini Yoga & Meditation | Introduction to the Chakras
Join Sylvia for Kundalini Yoga & Meditation on Tuesday evenings! Each class includes gentle yoga, meditation and deep relaxation.

Currently on Tuesday evenings, we're exploring the chakras. Chakras are centers of spinning energy that nourish our physical body, affecting our perceptions, feelings, the flow and types of thoughts we have, and much more. Sometimes, one or more of the chakras can get unbalanced, which can lead to a variety of physical, mental and spiritual ailments. Clearing and balancing the chakras opens the senses and integrates them into a network that can relate to the larger source field of energy from which we came and to which we return. The exercises, pranayama, and meditations in this series focus on balancing the chakras and clearing the blocks to the free natural flowing energy through them, resulting in balancing and maximizing the functioning of the body, mind and spirit.

Classes are offered by donation. Suggested donation is $10 per class, but you may make a donation in any amount of your choice using one of the URLs below.

Zoom space will open approximately 6:25pm CST each Tuesday to allow time for check-in before class begins at 6:30pm and typically ends at 7:45pm (no later than 8pm).
