This class will offer information regarding consumer protection from unwanted financial consequences by resolving issues that arise before, during and after closing. Will identify the most disruptive closing issues and initiate standard operating procedures to prevent closing delays.
Note: all participants MUST have a webcam and speakers. For the duration of class, each participant must be viewable by the moderator to receive education credit. Breaks will be taken throughout the course and questions will be taken through the chat feature at specific times. This course may include interactive content. At the conclusion of the course, an evaluation will be emailed and must be completed to receive education credit. The course will open for students approximately 30 minutes prior to start time.
