Want to cultivate your spiritual practice? Join me Wednesday mornings on Zoom for a blend of breathwork, movement, mantra and meditation to clear the energy channels and shine your inner light.

Morning sadhana is a personal process in which you bring out your best. When you commit to a regular morning practice, you defeat a part of yourself that makes up all the excuses not to get up and do it.

You’ll discover the benefits of Adi Shakti Mantra aka Long Chant, the cornerstone of sadhana, including guided tips to refine your regular practice:

Each session we begin by 'tuning-in' with the following mantras:
Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (x3)
Aad Guray Nameh, Jugaad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Devay Nameh (x3)

All welcome. Not suitable during pregnancy.

I will open the meeting 5 minutes before, at 6:55am, and allow a few minutes after the session for group sharing and any questions.
