Welcome to the Thursday Evening Meditation Museum's Zoom Online Program. Here are some tips to have the best experience:
1) For the maximum benefit of all, this Zoom session will rely upon your active participation and will include a breakout session. Please be prepared to share your face on video and to participate in the breakout session. IF YOUR VIDEO IS NOT ON OR IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BREAKOUT SESSION, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE ZOOM SESSION. You may, however, join us on the Meditation Museum's Facebook or YouTube pages.
2) Please ensure your environment is proper, quiet, and well lit.
3) Ensure that you remain muted at all times if you are not speaking.
4) Please be properly dressed.
5) Should you need it, have anything on hand ahead of time (water, pencil, paper).
