Mindfulness Meditation with Robyn - (Wednesday - 5:30pm EST)
Our practice will be centered in mindfulness meditation with the focus each month will be specific.
February - Loving Kindness (Metta)
March - Tonglen (Giving/Receiving)
April - Letting Go

Each session will be 30 minutes (5:30pm - 6:00pm)

What you'll need:
- A quiet and comfortable place for our session.
- Sit in a chair or a cushion on the floor
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing so you're not distracted.
- Bring an open mind. :-)
- You might want to have your notebook or journal nearby to jot down any observations that you had - after our session.

*Payment is required at the time of Registration
Sliding Scale: $12, $15, $20 per class
Please choose a rate that feels kind to you and that you're most comfortable with. Your generosity supports your fellow practitioners and allows me to offer classes to those with financial restrictions.
