In this session, we will address the shared trauma we all are experiencing as a result of our current global crisis. Considering the constant change and loss we’re all feeling, the need for connection, shared concern, understanding, and validation is greater than ever. Change is hard, and this degree of change is likely to trigger stress and trauma for all those sharing similar experiences; this makes self-care and healing of vital importance. This session will model and share the opportunity for reflection, while providing support through connection and sharing. Join us for a discussion on these topics and ideas, with an emphasis on self-regulation and self-care.
