Beginning Yokobue

An introduction to the yokobue, including basics of how to get a sound, fingering, and notation. These lessons are designed for the total beginner who's never been able to get a sound out of a yokobue before to the novice player who can get a consistent sound and is ready to learn songs!

Participants will need a yokobue (aka fue aka shinobue). A #8 is ideal, but any number can be used. Relatively inexpensive practice yokobue can be purchased online. Your registration confirmation email will have more information.
