Members of CLCs Australia’s team will discuss our experience in analysing service data to better understand the impact of COVID-19 on service delivery and ways in which community legal centres can carry out their own analysis to understand the impact of COVID-19. We will help you build skills in analysing data to help with evidence-based advocacy, service delivery planning and funding applications.
This session is perfect for those who recognise the benefits of data analysis but might not know how to get started. Susan will set out the context and James will prioritise the use of tools that Centres are likely to already have access to, such as Microsoft Excel. Maria, our engagement manager will also share some reflections on the lessons learned from our advocacy efforts on COVID-19.
The examples will not be specific to CLASS data, and the techniques can apply to any data.
Presenter: James Okeby, Susan Scott and Maria Graterol, Community Legal Centres Australia
