Content: In education, we encounter a wide range of people with different cultures and norms. Cultural
differences in communication can lead to misinterpretations that fuel conflict. This interactive workshop
will discuss communication methods and behaviors through the lens of different cultural characteristics
and give you tips to mitigate those misinterpretations in the joint search of the best solution for the
student.
