Moving For Life Online Classes
Moving For Life Dance-Exercise classes are free and online every day!

Class & Lecture Calendar:

Moving For Life Certified Instructors adapt classes to the individuals in attendance. Exercise is beneficial for overall health and managing symptoms of many chronic conditions. Classes can be done seated or standing and are designed to:
● Increase energy, cardio fitness, and muscle strength
● Improve range of motion, balance, and mood
● Boost the immune system
● Ease joint pain

Some classes and lectures focus on particular individuals:
● Breast cancer survivors (or in treatment, etc.) or metastatic thrivers
● Those recovering from reproductive or other cancers
● Those with chronic conditions such as lymphedema and neuropathy
● Older adults
● Anyone who:
・prefers a seated workout
・is recovering from an injury
・is challenged by illness or mobility restriction

All classes are open to everyone! We want to keep you moving.
