Thrive in the workplace and improve your workplace wellness! In this 1-hr interactive workshop, we focus on responding to others in a manner that is effective for both parties. Using the T.H.R.I.V.E. method of customer service, this workshop will prepare you to respond to positive and negative situations, with great service. You will have the opportunity to practice the tools provided, and discover how communication with others and ourselves is the key to provide, efficient, accessible interactions with others.
