Extra Gentle Chair Yoga with Alexis
An extra-gentle and simple practice using a chair as our prop and support. We finish the class off on our backs on the floor as we deepen our connection to our breath and relax the body. This is a 45-min class that is perfect for beginner yogis, elderly, and/or those with limited mobility.

Some props to have if available: a chair with no sides preferably, a strap or long piece of cloth, blocks or a stack of books, and a yoga mat.

Accessibility is our goal. Therefore many of our classes are offered at no-cost. For those who are able to pay, we suggest a donation of $12/class.
