Chair-Based Stretching Exercises with Ashley Clarke
Mindful chair-based movement is less physically demanding than mat-based yoga but is equally beneficial. Join from a chair or couch for a midday practice and learn about the ways to move, stretch and breathe from a seated position. Class is open to anyone, especially those who are returning to exercise after treatment or experiencing limited range of motion and wanting to build their strength and flexibility.
