Yoga Nidra is both a practice (guided relaxation) and a state of consciousness (allowing us to rest in beneficial theta brain waves.) Each class will also offer brief, guided mindfulness meditation as a way to gently transition in and out of Yoga Nidra. Minimal attention will be given to screens.
By donation. Suggested sliding scale: $10-$12-$15 ($40-$60-$75 for 5 classes.) You are welcome to pay more or less; no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
