The only constant is change: so, why not roll with it!

2020 was full of change for almost everyone, both personally and professionally, with the need to quickly react to a changing and uncertain future. Some of us learned our greatest life lessons this last year while others wished the change would stop. Most people say they like change but usually mean as long as it is happening to someone else. Jennifer (Mrozek) Johnson is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Integration with Marco Technologies, and has been with Marco since 1998 when she started as an accounting supervisor. Jennifer will discuss how she has succeeded in growing professionally at Marco and navigated over twenty years of change, including a crazy 2020, and how she embraces leadership and authenticity in an ever changing business world.
