CAMTC Director Rick McElroy and Elaine Ketell, Sr. Management Analyst, Sunnyvale Dept. of Public Safety have come together to provide training to prepare massage establishment permit professionals with tools that will help to stop human trafficking. Beginning with the permit application, you will learn how to drastically reduce the number of illicit massage establishments in your jurisdiction by stopping them before they get started.
