Join Carolyn Coffin, Health and Running Coach, and former Physiotherapist, as she discusses her philosophy on putting together training plans, with a focus on injury prevention. Through a case study with a sample plan, Carolyn will provide some basic fundamentals of injury prevention techniques and how to fit them into your plan so you can spend more time training/competing and less time rehabbing.
Carolyn is a certified Health Coach in private practice, with a background as a physiotherapist and in kinesiology, and is co-host of the Inspired Soles podcast. She runs distances from 5K to marathons (Boston 2016), and is a newly elected CMA Board member. She is a military spouse and mother of two (11-year-old daughter, 13-year-old son).
