A quiet nervous system is needed to be able to sense your Self. Join me for weekly explorations through movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation to help:

> Increase stability and vitality
> Improve mental clarity and concentration
> Sharpen the senses to build awareness
> Shift old patterns and find freedom within
We begin each lesson by 'tuning-in' with the following mantras:

I will open the meeting 10 minutes before, at 5:50pm, and allow 5-10 minutes after the session for group sharing and any questions.
