Advancing gender equality includes changing corporate culture. During this interactive workshop we will provide you with tips and tools on how to involve many more colleagues and departments in gender equality conversations and feed into your action plans. You will also gain insight into how to organize internal workshops to jointly dive into your company's WEPs Tool results and strategize with perspectives from across corporate functions.
• Session Partners: Organized in collaboration with Sense-Lab.
• Length: 1.5 hours
• Target Group: Registration is only open to employees that are actively participating in the Target Gender Equality initiative. This is a voluntary engagement opportunity recommended to TGE “Ambassadors”, department heads or directors.
• Languages: This session will be facilitated in English but simultaneous translation is possible upon request. Breakout rooms will potentially be separated by language depending on the countries registered.
• Timings: This session is offered three times at varying dates – you can register for the one that works best for your individual time zone and calendar!
