The REHIS Eating Well for Older People Course is a new course developed by REHIS in partnership with Edinburgh Community Food and NHS Tayside.
The course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and appreciation of the importance of good nutrition for older people and how to support them to eat well. The course is non-clinical and would be suitable for anyone working, volunteering or caring for older people in the community or for older people themselves.
The course supported is by a course handbook full of excellent information and useful recipes together with full presenter notes.
Eat Well Age Well is a project focused on tackling malnutrition in older adults living at home in Scotland and is part of Scottish charity Food Train.
