Pete Schramm: Lattus Mentoring Platform

Pete Schramm is focused on solving the issue of low workforce engagement, increased turnover, and degrading culture. You may have observed this in your own enterprise or heard about it from other Vistage members.

Pete focuses on the power of mentorship and creating community with meaningful 121 conversation through his software platform.
