About Barre Sculpt
Barre class mixes elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga and functional training and is choreographed to fun and motivating music. Movements sculpt, slim and stretch the body, are highly targeted, and utilize a ballet barre and/or mini-balls, yoga blocks, small hand weights, portable body bars and more for a focused, full-body training. Can be done with or without a bar.
Each class begins with a fun warm-up to prepare the body for higher intensity work. The workout evolves to incorporate total body movements coupled with short, but intense movement intervals. Rest and recovery time are woven throughout the experience so participants leave energized, refreshed and feeling like they had an incredible workout.

This flow class will have students deeply connecting to their bodies through vinyasa alignment designed to safely challenge your edge, while leading you into proper alignment and connecting you with your inner strength power.
