Join leadership coach Jennifer McCanna for this one-hour session where she’ll not only share some useful tools and models so you understand what’s going on in your body when you’re stressed and how to manage that, but she’ll take us through a powerful exercise so we can come back from the summer break to a more balanced work life in the Autumn.

Jennifer McCanna is a leadership coach who has been working with leaders and managers in the charity sector for over ten years, helping them find some calm, creativity and confidence but she’s also a former events fundraising manager so she really gets the challenges of a busy role in the not for profit sector.
