Have you ever wondered how the Snowdonia National Park is kept so beautiful and protected?
Come along and find out , Clare Holmes from the Society will be joining us to tell us how The Snowdonia Society was formed and why, their mission and how they support and keep all the wild flowers and wonderful paths that we see when walking in the Park.
Through their conservation work they provide helping hands and a strong voice for Snowdonia’s special landscape. But ultimately it is about the heart – the relationships people have with the nature, landscape and culture of Snowdonia.
This session is for 1 Hour
What is Care for a Cuppa?
As a carer it’s important to take a little break and spend some time talking to people who understand what you’re going through. That’s why we’re organising a weekly online Care for a Cuppa through Zoom.
These meet ups will allow you to connect with other carers and hear from organisations from across Wales on the work they are doing.
This session is an open session for any carers to join us and other carers for a cuppa and a chat.
If you have any queries on anythng to do with your carer role then pop along and have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
