International Stress Awareness Week is the first week in November. To help raise awareness, we're hosting a special edition series of our mindfulness webinar series, with a repeat of switching focus in the first week. We'll also dedicate sessions to subjects like sleep, exercise and emotions.
'Elevenses' is an interactive webinar that helps you switch your focus to the here and now. The 15-minute sessions will cover the science behind feeling stressed and will offer up simple tactics and techniques that can apply to your every day (Not just Stress Awareness Week)
We will explain the benefits of being in the present moment and being open and aware of your environment.
