The Importance of maintaining good oral health as you age
Oral health is a significant factor affecting older peoples' quality of life, overall health and wellbeing. In this program we will cover common dental problems affecting older adults and recommendations for oral hygiene, dental habits, and proper nutrition.


A. Access to a laptop or desktop  with reliable high-speed internet connection and audio/video capability for the duration of the workshop is strongly recommended. Mobile devices such as iPhone are not recommended for this workshop because of their instability.
B. Comfortable being on-camera. Participants will be asked to keep cameras on for the workshop so that they can interact.
C. For the best learning experience, please make sure to take the following steps PRIOR to the start of the class,
1. Review the Zoom System Requirements
2. Test your audio and video capability by accessing a Zoom Test Meeting prior to the start of this course
3. Watch the Zoom video tutorial "Join A Meeting"
