Youth Work Tea Break - Volunteer Week

We have a huge gap of volunteers ( and staff) in youth work? We need to support the creation of 40k volunteers, develop opportunities for 20k entry level youthworkers and 10k qualified youthworkers. What do we do in youthwork to encourage more people into youthwork as a career and beginning with volunteering.
